Role Description
The Business Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business data, gathering and documenting business requirements, evaluating business processes, and providing recommendations to optimize workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to develop strategies that address client needs and support their growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization techniques.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed Business Requirements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies relevant to business analysis and financial strategy is desirable.
