Role Overview
We are looking for a business-first, hands-on AI professional who can both identify high-impact
opportunities and independently build AI solutions to address them.
This is not a coordination role—there is no separate technology team. You will be responsible for
end-to-end ownership, from understanding business needs to designing, developing, deploying, and
managing AI systems (including an internal data chatbot).
The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding with practical AI implementation
skills, and is comfortable working as a self-driven builder.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Problem Solving with AI
- Engage with stakeholders across departments (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations) to identify
- inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Translate business problems into practical AI use cases
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI
2. Chatbot Development & Ownership
- Design and build an internal AI chatbot for querying company data and documents
- Integrate chatbot with available data sources (Excel files, databases, internal tools, etc.)
- Ensure responses are accurate, contextual, and easy for business users to understand
- Continuously improve chatbot performance based on usage and feedback
3. End-to-End AI Solution Development
- Independently develop AI-driven tools and workflows (no-code/low-code or code-based)
- Build and deploy solutions such as:
o Automated reporting assistants
o Workflow automation agents
o Document analysis and summarization tools
- Select appropriate tools, platforms, and frameworks based on the use case
4. AI as an Agentic Tool
- Design and implement AI agents that can assist or automate tasks across departments
- Enable teams to use AI for daily workflows (e.g., data analysis, communication drafts,
insights generation)
- Continuously explore and experiment with new AI capabilities to improve business processes
5. Data Handling & Integration
- Work with available data sources to make them usable for AI applications
- Clean, structure, and organize data where required
- Set up simple pipelines or workflows to keep data updated
6. Adoption & Enablement
- Train business users on how to effectively use AI tools and chatbot systems
- Drive adoption by making solutions intuitive and valuable
- Create simple documentation and usage guides
7. Performance & Governance
- Monitor usage, accuracy, and effectiveness of AI systems
- Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI usage
- Continuously refine solutions to improve outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
Strong experience in business analysis and problem-solving
Hands-on experience building AI/chatbot solutions using modern tools
Practical knowledge of:
o LLM-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, APIs, or similar platforms)
o No-code/low-code AI tools and automation platforms
o Basic Python/SQL (preferred but not mandatory if strong with tools)
Ability to independently design and implement solutions without dedicated tech support
Strong communication skills to work directly with business teams
Preferred Skills
Experience with RAG-based chatbots or document-based Q&A systems
Familiarity with tools like LangChain, vector databases, or similar ecosystems
Experience in automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
Exposure to dashboards and reporting tools
