Sr. Business Analyst / Business Analyst
Role & Responsibility
- Develop and maintain daily funnel monitoring visualisations to track business performance across cities and channel
- Analyse existing funnels, identify deviations, and provide insights on change
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and key drivers impacting funnel performance
- Collaborate with business owners to implement initiatives for funnel optimisation
- Extract insights from customer interactions to diagnose root causes of performance issue
