🔍 Hiring: Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce BA)
📍 Location: Mumbai (ready to relocate) (Onsite/hybrid)

🏢 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Translate requirements into functional & technical specifications
- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA teams
- Configure workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Participate in solution design discussions
- Support data migration, integrations, and enhancements
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows
- Conduct UAT and end-user training
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Good understanding of:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Business process automation
- Experience in requirement gathering & stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools
- Strong communication & documentation skills
