Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce BA)

🏢 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions using the Salesforce platform.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and gather detailed requirements
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA teams
- Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Participate in solution design and architecture discussions
- Support data migration, integration, and system enhancements
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and documentation
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices

- 3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Good understanding of:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Business process automation
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
