Description:
Analyze and document current business processes, include any pain points, by eliciting input from the STS business owners and service leads and the business report development users
Determine how solutions will impact existing work processes and systems, and how tmanage the integration of new process’ or functionality
Plan and facilitate testing including UAT (may need tprovide guided UAT testing)
Lead requirements validation and traceability analysis and ensure IT enhancements and project demands are delivered successfully with anticipated results
Create support documentation for rollouts and PowerPoint presentations for webinars and conduct training as needed
Work closely with Project Manager
Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, as well as data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
Well versed in written and oral communication
Proven analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrate impact analysis, gap analysis and problem troubleshooting skills
Well-versed with UML, Use-Cases, Data Modeling.
Well-versed with Agile Methodology.
Ability teffectively articulate ideas, solutions relevant tbusiness and technology.
Ability tadapt and learn quickly and execute seamlessly.
Ability tstatus report, monitor progress and quality effectively, remain detail oriented at the same time understand the big-picture.
Self-motivated.
Ability tnegotiate and manage expectations across the board.Actively participate in Reviews and interprets all documentation including business requirements, functional and design specification with team leads.Expectation is resource should be working independently and should be able tcommunicate the status tthe project spoc effectively.
