As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the Data and Analytics Engineering team, focusing on data engineering to support client needs. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex data sets and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complex situations. You will also mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development while maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities
- Developing and managing data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow and Directed Acrylic Graphs (DAGs)
- Implementing data integration and transformation processes with Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
- Designing and optimizing data architectures and data models to support scalable data solutions
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for cloud-based data engineering tasks
- Conducting data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Building and maintaining data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics and reporting needs
- Performing database administration and optimization for MySQL and PostgreSQL systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data strategies and solutions
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex data challenges and improve data infrastructure
- Leading efforts in data anonymization and security best practices to protect sensitive information
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in the design and build-out of data models, codification of business rules and development of data quality solutions using SQL and scripting languages such as Python and R for each missing year of college is required
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
