Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Analyst based at Jodhpur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, analysing processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and driving effective collaboration between stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves evaluating existing systems, proposing improvements, and assisting in the development of strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to evaluate data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Strong skills in Business Process and Business Requirements gathering for process improvement and effective project execution.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines.
- Experience with cloud services technology is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
