We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional specifications
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure proper implementation
Create BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD, use cases, and user stories
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements
Ensure solutions align with business goals and KPIs

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Familiarity with API, databases, and system integrations

Business & Analytical Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
MCA or relevant certification is a plus

Experience

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proven experience in leading projects and handling cross-functional teams
Experience in domains like Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, or IT (preferred)
