1. Requirement Engineering & Strategic Solution Design (40%) The Objective: Serve as the critical bridge between complex business objectives and high-performance technical execution.
● Stakeholder Leadership: Lead requirement workshops and align cross-functional stakeholders.
● Agile Documentation: Create BRDs, detailed user stories, and use cases as the single source of truth.
● Technical Translation: Convert business vision into clear functional and technical specs (FSD/TSD).
● Gap Analysis: Identify risks and gaps before development begins.
● Value Alignment: Ensure every feature ties to business KPIs and client security needs.
2. Strategic Product Intelligence & Agile Delivery (35%)
- Objective: To serve as the primary architect of the product roadmap while maintaining elite standards of project execution.
- DSPM Roadmap Orchestration: Synthesize global data security trends (DSPM) and regulatory mandates (DPDP, GDPR) into high-level product inputs and core features
- Executive Stakeholder Discovery: Lead discovery sessions with CISOs and Security Engineers to decode complex data challenges and ensure IRIS addresses critical industry pain points.
- Precision Project Engineering: Architect end-to-end project lifecycles, establishing rigorous timelines, high-impact milestones, and optimized resource allocation.
- Agile Ecosystem Leadership: Direct the team’s Agile transformation, managing sprint velocity, progress transparency, and identifying architectural bottlenecks early.
- High-Value Backlog Governance: Orchestrate continuous backlog grooming and prioritization to ensure the engineering pipeline stays aligned with Sylox’s strategic goals.
- Proactive Risk Mitigation: Maintain a forward-looking posture by monitoring project health and implementing pre-emptive strategies to guarantee high-integrity releases.
- Data-Driven Feature Synthesis: Execute "Value vs. Effort" analyses to balance 'Mission-Critical' compliance needs with security features that enhance user trust and scalability.
3. Product Integrity, Compliance Liaison & Documentation (25%)
- The Objective: Guarantee operational excellence and seamless cross-functional alignment through rigorous validation and clear technical communication.
- UAT & Readiness: Lead UAT processes to ensure quality and smooth client deployment.
- Data & Risk Design: Build data classification models (PII, PHI, PCI) and risk visualizations.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Align business goals with technical execution. ● Workflow Automation: Design automated alerts, remediation, and security workflows.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain clear documentation and centralized knowledge repository
What We’re Looking For (The Ideal Profile)
The Objective: An analytical powerhouse who thrives at the intersection of cybersecurity, data-driven strategy, and agile execution.
Experience: 2–4 years in BA/PM roles within SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Cloud environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to break down complex, ambiguous requirements using first-principles thinking.
- JIRA: Sprint planning & backlog management
- Confluence/Notion: Documentation
- Figma/Lucidchart/Miro: Wireframes & process flows
- Communication Skills: Ability to align both technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
- Execution Mindset: Strong bias for action; focus on delivering real outcomes fast. ● Data-Driven Approach: Use SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for decision-making.
