Key Aspects of the role & expectations;
At least 5-8 years of business experience in master data, supply chain,
operations, or multi-functional business environment.
Overall business understanding of Sales and shipments data, demand and
supply planning processes and inventory management.
Experience working across multiple business functions, especially with
Demand/Supply Planners, Inventory managers and various Plan global process
owners.
Experience with SAP (especially S/4 Hana) and Planning systems like Anaplan,
OMP, Kinaxis, SAP IBP
Advanced skills with SQL*Plus
Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint
Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and change
management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to courageously challenge the status quo, influence, and inspire changes
to business processes and systems
Experience with Agile product development methodology is required.
Maintaining Jira boards, stories and epics
Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the needs of the
business stakeholders is required.
Experience writing user stories, attending scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
is required.
Technical Skills:
Adept with Azure SQL and Jira, Identify all reporting requirements and business
functionality and KPIs, filters, identify source and target tables.
Work with Business Owners for UAT
- Understanding of data modelling- star schema, snowflake/databricks.
