Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will analyze business processes, gather and document business requirements, and develop actionable insights to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Additional responsibilities include interpreting data, coordinating with various teams, and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including identifying pain points and proposing solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Expertise in Business Processes and understanding of workflows
- Ability to define and document Business Requirements clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other business analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the QSR or food industry is a plus
