Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, technically-curious Business Analyst to join our team at our Gurgaon Location. This is a high-impact, full-time role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, office-based environment and wants to be at the heart of the sales-to-delivery pipeline.
Your Role at Monkhub
1. Pre-Sales & Solution Support
- Work with the Sales team during client discovery to understand business challenges.
- Assist in preparing solution outlines, feature lists, and effort estimates for proposals.
- Support feasibility analysis in collaboration with tech leads across AI, XR, and Web3 projects.
2. Requirements & Documentation
- Convert business discussions into PRDs, BRDs, and Functional Specifications.
- Create user flows, wireframe inputs, and process diagrams.
- Maintain and prioritize requirements and backlogs in an Agile environment.
3. Delivery & Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between clients, designers, and developers during execution.
- Participate in sprint reviews, UAT planning, and feedback loops.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and agreed scope.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst in a software services or product environment.
- Technical Awareness: Working knowledge of APIs, databases, and modern web/mobile architectures.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as GenAI, Blockchain, AR/VR, or ML is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain requirements to both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro/Figma, or similar BA tools is preferred.
