We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and smart professional who can manage company data with accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership. The ideal candidate should not only be capable of creating, organizing, and maintaining records, but should also understand the importance of sensitive business information and handle it with maturity and professionalism.
This role requires a proactive individual who is organized, trustworthy, discreet, analytical, and capable of working closely with management and multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Record Keeping
- Create, organize, maintain, and update company databases and records.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and operational data sheets.
- Ensure all operational, employee, vendor, and business data is accurately maintained.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Maintain proper digital filing systems and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with departments to collect and update information regularly.
- Ensure data backup and secure storage of important company records.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate analytical reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.
- Create dashboards and summaries to support management decisions.
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and highlight operational issues through data.
- Support management with business insights and structured reporting.
Confidential Information Handling
- Handle sensitive company data with complete confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business operations, employee information, financial records, and internal communications.
- Ensure restricted information is shared only with authorized personnel.
- Report any data discrepancies, security concerns, or unauthorized access immediately.
Operational & Coordination Support
- Coordinate with different departments for timely data collection and reporting.
- Assist management in tracking operations, tasks, and department performance.
- Support process improvement initiatives for better workflow and data organization.
- Handle urgent and confidential assignments with professionalism and maturity.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Validation, MIS Reporting, etc.)
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard management
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Power BI or data visualization tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Smart, proactive, and quick-learning attitude
- Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Educational Background & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Management
- Business Administration (BBA/MBA)
- Computer Applications
- Data Management
- Statistics
- Operations Management
- Or any related field
Preferred Certifications / Technical Knowledge
Candidates with the following skills or certifications will be preferred:
- MIS Executive Training
- Advanced Excel Certification
- Power BI Certification
- Data Analytics / Reporting Courses
- Google Sheets & Reporting Tools
- Basic Database Management knowledge
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in:
- MIS Reporting
- Data Management
- Backend Operations
- Operations Coordination
- Business Reporting
- Administrative/Data Handling roles
Experience handling confidential business information will be an added advantage.
