Requirement gathering and Analysis:
- Consults with business functions to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, scenarios, problems and solutions.
- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes. Liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts/vendors, consultants and other stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems.
- Analyses the feasibility and document requirements for new systems as well as enhancements to existing systems. Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications.
- Assists in the preparation of Scope to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Participate in vendor walkthrough sessions and perform vendor evaluation from functional perspective.
- Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions and requirements as part of the CR document.
- Conduct Requirements walkthrough, Demo sessions with Vendors & Testers
- Jointly review & evaluate efforts & WBS along with the Change & Project manager
- Perform FSD/SRS/Design reviews & sign offs along with the Change & Project manager.
- Track and Monitor uptake, adoption and usage of Processes/Applications and Features owned.
User Acceptance Testing and signoff
- Design test scenarios and cases based on business requirement documents and processes.
- Manage creation of the UAT test plan, identifying and mapping of appropriate end-users
- Perform Test Cases Reviews, Provide UAT support until go live and resolve any vendor or tester queries during the SDLC phase.
- Perform necessary System configurations as required for implementing a particular CR/Project.
- Participates in analysis with the BAU team. Differentiate between bugs and potential change requests.
- Ensure timely closure of open bugs with assistance of Technical Team.
- Assist in securing final sign-off from stakeholders
