Key Responsibilities!
Operations Reporting & Dashboard Management
● Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational performance reports.
● Maintain business dashboards to track KPIs, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
● Ensure data accuracy and validation across reporting systems.
Data Analysis & Insights
● Use SQL, Python, and Excel to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
● Identify performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
● Provide data-driven insights to support business and marketing decisions.
Campaign & Lead Operations Analysis
● Analyze lead generation campaigns, CPL, conversion rates, and admission funnels.
● Monitor lead quality, campaign delivery, and performance metrics.
● Work with marketing teams to improve lead acquisition and conversion performance.
Process Optimization & Automation
● Identify operational inefficiencies, data gaps, and process bottlenecks.
● Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Python, SQL, or Excel automation.
● Build efficient data pipelines and reporting workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration
● Work closely with Founder, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
● Provide regular performance updates and operational insights to leadership.
● Support teams with data analysis for business planning and decision-making.
Issue Resolution
● Identify data discrepancies, reporting errors, or operational issues.
● Ensure timely resolution through coordination with internal teams.
● Maintain data integrity and standardized reporting processes.
Skills & Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech / Engineering preferred.
● Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas).
● Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data extraction.
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
● 1–3 years of experience in operations analytics, marketing analytics, or data analysis.
● Understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and campaign tracking.
● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
