The Role:-
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and internal teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, documented, and implemented effectively. You will support project execution from discovery to delivery, helping identify process improvements and contributing to the success of business solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to turn business challenges into practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Process Analysis: Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and structured functional and technical documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of project requirements.
- Solution Support: Assist in designing business solutions by mapping workflows, business processes, and system functionalities.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market and industry research to support informed business decisions.
- Meetings & Workshops: Participate in discussions, presentations, and workshops to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates.
- UAT Support: Support user acceptance testing and ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions and help resolve business-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Methodology Knowledge: Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with business analysis tools such as JIRA and Trello.
- Preferred Exposure: Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, cloud-based business solutions, or digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency and practical knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, or other enterprise software.
- Exposure to cloud-based business solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
