We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong analytical and data management skills to support business decision-making through structured reporting and data insights. The role primarily involves building and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS), developing dashboards, and deriving meaningful analytics to support operational and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Organize and analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop automated reports and performance dashboards using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Interpret data trends and present clear analytical summaries to support management decisions.
- Improve and optimize existing reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into structured dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data structuring, etc.).
- Experience building MIS reports and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Ability to analyze datasets and convert them into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills for presenting analytical findings.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or business analytics roles.
- Experience with data automation or scripting.
- Understanding of business performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
