Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in Kolkata. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective IT solutions. They will also be responsible for reviewing system workflows, facilitating communication between business and technical teams, supporting project implementation initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of solutions with client objectives and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, requirement documentation, and effective communication
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, network systems, and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience working with government, public sector, or educational institutions is a plus
