Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 4–6 years of experience to support data-driven initiatives for clients in the retail and FMCG domain. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze retail data, and translate requirements into actionable insights and technical specifications for development and data teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and developers.
- Analyze retail/FMCG data to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Support data-driven decision making through dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of digital and data solutions.
Preferred Background:
Experience working with retail/FMCG organizations such as companies similar to Walmart or The Coca-Cola Company is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of retail/FMCG business processes
- Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
