Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Indore. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business challenges, and recommend effective IT solutions. Daily tasks include creating project plans, performing data analysis, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and successful project execution. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics to drive efficiency and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong business analysis skills such as requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to create plans and track progress effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in IT systems evaluation, automation, and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and other enterprise software solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines efficiently.
