Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Gurugram/ Pune. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate from the service industry with techno functional role, and who have been working with US and European clients and will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements. • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new initiatives. • Develop and maintain requirement documentation (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows). • Support project planning, estimation, and prioritization of deliverables. • Partner with QA teams to ensure proper test coverage, validate requirements, and support UAT. • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and updates to stakeholders. • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Consulting/Product/Service industry. • Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation standards. • Hands-on experience with tools such as Gitlab, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, MS Excel, Power BI (or similar). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to write clear User Stories. • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
