Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in the IT domain to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams for successful project execution.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Create BRD, FRD, SRS, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), test case reviews, and defect tracking.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks, dependencies, and updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in change management and implementation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic data analysis/reporting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
- Experience in digital transformation, automation, or enterprise applications is preferred.
