Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)
Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
Job Summary
Infojini Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and deliver actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from employees and stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and communication
- Prepare detailed documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process flows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment
