Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in the IT/Software service industry. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring clear understanding of business requirements and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and Clients for smooth project execution.
- Act as Single Point of Contact for all Client Communications.
- Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and wireframes where required.
- Assist in proposal preparation, estimations, and pre-sales activities (if required).
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/Software service-based company.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation tools (MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Knowledge of wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and technical architecture is preferred.
- Experience working with international clients.
