This role involves supporting the Fleet B2B sales team through business insights, sales analytics, performance tracking, and operational reporting. The individual will work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making, improve sales efficiency, and support business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales performance, fleet utilisation, revenue trends, and business metrics across regions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and sales trackers for leadership review.
- Support the B2B sales team with market insights, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Track key KPIs including partner performance, revenue growth, conversions, and operational efficiency.
- Identify business gaps, process improvements, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, finance, and product teams, for reporting and business requirements.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, reviews, and strategy reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of business data across systems and reports.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, MIS, or business operations.
- Prior experience in EV, mobility, automotive, logistics, or startup ecosystems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and convert them into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in engineering, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Preferred Background
- Candidates from EV, automotive, fleet management, logistics, consulting, or high-growth startup environments will be preferred.
