About IMA360
IMA360 is a leading provider of B2B rebate management, chargeback processing, pricing optimization, and gross-to-net solutions. Our platform empowers manufacturers, distributors, and enterprise organizations to manage complex incentive programs, automate pricing workflows, and gain real-time visibility into margin performance. We are a fast-growing company looking for driven professionals who want to make a meaningful impact.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong accounting or finance background to join our solutions team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our clients’ business processes and our software platform. Your understanding of financial concepts—such as accruals, journal entries, revenue recognition, and cost accounting—will allow you to quickly learn the IMA360 platform and translate complex rebate, chargeback, and pricing scenarios into clear requirements and configurations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to transition from traditional accounting into the world of enterprise software and B2B incentive management.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients related to B2B rebates, chargebacks, special pricing agreements (SPAs), and gross-to-net calculations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to map existing rebate and pricing workflows into the IMA360 platform.
• Configure and test rebate programs, pricing rules, chargeback workflows, and accrual calculations within the software.
• Develop functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user stories for development and QA teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on accounting-related aspects of rebate management, including accruals, true-ups, deductions, and settlement processes.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test plans, executing test cases, and managing defect resolution.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients during onboarding and implementation.
• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve rebate and pricing programs.
• Assist with product enhancement by providing feedback from client engagements to the product team.
• Create and maintain documentation including process guides, configuration manuals, and best-practice templates.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3-7 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles: accruals, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, and general ledger concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex financial and business processes into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Self-starter with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant accounting certifications.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
• Familiarity with B2B rebate programs, distributor chargebacks, special pricing agreements, or channel incentive management.
• Exposure to gross-to-net processes in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Prior experience as a business analyst, implementation consultant, or solutions consultant.
• Understanding of EDI transactions (867, 845, 844, 849) as they relate to chargebacks and pricing.
What You’ll Learn
At IMA360, we invest heavily in training and professional development. In this role you will gain expertise in:
• End-to-end B2B rebate lifecycle management—from program setup through accrual, claim validation, and settlement.
• Chargeback processing workflows including distributor debit memos, pricing verification, and dispute resolution.
• Pricing optimization strategies include contract pricing, matrix pricing, customer-specific pricing, and deal management.
• Gross-to-net analytics and waterfall reporting for margin visibility.
• Enterprise software implementation methodologies and client engagement best practices.
