Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Business Analyst role located at our Noida office. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes to ensure effective project delivery. Key tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, conducting data-driven analyses, creating detailed reports, and supporting process optimization initiatives. The role also involves facilitating communication between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis to gather insights and solve complex problems
- Interact and Support Existing Customers for Requirement Understanding and Issue Resolution
- 2-3 years of Experience is ideal
- Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Proven ability to identify, document, and manage Business Requirements effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, creating reports, and facilitating collaboration
- Proficiency with business analysis tools or software is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with EHS, ESG, or sustainability systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
