Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and provide insights that help improve efficiency and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate can translate business needs into clear solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct data analysis to support business strategies and decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams
- Assist in planning, testing, and implementing business solutions
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are properly delivered
- Communicate insights and recommendations to management
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gather and document detailed requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
