Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Modasa. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, identifying and documenting business requirements, and evaluating business processes to find opportunities for improvement. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to communicate findings and develop actionable solutions. Identifying trends, analyzing data sets, and ensuring alignment between business processes and company objectives are key aspects of the role.

- Proficiency in Business Analysis and identifying key requirements
- Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and clear reporting
- Knowledge of Business Processes and experience in process optimization
- Ability to define and document detailed Business Requirements
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience with data tools or business analysis software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
