Designation : Business Analyst – Life Insurance
Location: Chennai
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in US Life Insurance projects, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery environments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze & document business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution implementation
• Support testing, UAT & release validation activities
• Provide business impact analysis and project status updates
💼 Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of overall Business Analyst experience
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in US-based Life Insurance projects
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, BRD/FRD documentation, user stories & process flows
• Good understanding of Life Insurance domains – Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting & New Business
• Experience in business process analysis, gap analysis & process automation
• Ability to collaborate with business & technical teams for functional solution delivery
• Hands-on experience in UAT, test case preparation & validation
• Strong stakeholder management, communication & requirement prioritization skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models preferred
