We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Mumbai team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in Zoho ecosystems and SaaS platforms to deliver exceptional value to our global clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with international stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
- Design and implement tailored business solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including functional specifications and process workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate complex API integrations between various SaaS platforms and internal systems.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and technical teams using tools like Slack and Zoom.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on SaaS solutions.
- Proven expertise in the Zoho suite, specifically CRM, Books, and Creator.
- Strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement within international markets.
- Technical proficiency in API integrations and Agile development practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively from our Mumbai office.
