Requirement: Business Analyst (Telecom Domain)
Client: Brillio
Experience: 6 – 10 Years
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Gurugram
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (Mandatory)
Open Positions: 5
Interview: 1 Round F2F (Mandatory)
Must Have Skills:
Strong experience as Business Analyst in Telecom domain
Hands-on experience in OSS (Operations Support Systems)
Expertise in Inventory Management Systems
Experience working with COTS products (Cramer/Granite)
Minimum 5+ years in the telecom/communications industry
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement gathering, analysis & documentation
Process mapping, gap analysis & improvement
Work closely with business & technical teams
Lead small workstreams and support OSS implementations
Desired Skills:
MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio) & BPM tools
Knowledge of the Broadband / Telecom / Communications domain
Exposure to Blue Planet products is a plus
Preferred Certifications:
- ECBA / CCBA / CBAP / AAC / CFLBA / CPRE / PMI-PBA
