Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Daily responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, developing workflow diagrams, and effectively communicating findings to various teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis
- Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Processes
- Experience gathering and assessing Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Knowledge or experience in FinTech, blockchain, or decentralized finance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
