About the Role
Swiggy is India's largest on-demand convenience platform — 500+ cities, millions of orders, one data-driven team powering it all. We're hiring a Business Analyst to turn complex data into decisions that impact how India eats, shops, and lives. You'll have real ownership from Day 1.
What You'll Work On
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights that directly influence business strategy
- Build and maintain dashboards on Tableau / Power BI to track key KPIs and metrics
- Design and measure A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive growth
- Conduct root cause analyses and automate recurring insight generation
- Partner with Product, Business, and Engineering teams on stakeholder management
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Excel
- Familiarity with BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate data into stories
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bonus Points: Python / R | A/B Testing | Basic ML | Startup experience
