About The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in content through online research, and work with the LLM (Large Language Models) to solve puzzles. The projects will also help you learn how to leverage AI to be a better analyst. This is your chance to future-proof your career in an AI-first world!
Your role is critical in helping fine-tune and improve large language models (like GPT), and will make you an expert on how to leverage AI to enhance analytical capabilities. Responsibilities
- Answer a variety of analytical questions by examining data, scenarios, and content to generate accurate insights and explanations.

- Articulate correct answers and detailed explanations for model training, especially in cases where models may produce errors or inaccuracies.
- Conduct online research to validate claims, gather relevant information, and ensure the accuracy of content used for model training.
- Break down complex content into logical, manageable segments to facilitate better understanding and learning for AI models.
- Collaborate with team members to provide constructive feedback, annotations, and suggestions for model improvements.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and language modeling to continuously enhance your contribution to projects.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in English reading and writing skills, with the ability to comprehend complex content.
- Strong research and analytical skills, capable of conducting online investigations and validating information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities to approach problems from different perspectives.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable technical setup including a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in professional writing, such as business analysis, research, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite tools, with skills in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
