About The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects aimed at fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, utilizing your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to read, summarize, and deconstruct large volumes of content into smaller, logical segments. You will conduct online research to validate claims made within content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Additionally, you will collaborate with LLMs to solve complex puzzles and improve model performance. Responsibilities
- Answer a variety of analytical questions by interpreting data and creating scenarios to train LLMs effectively.
- Develop detailed explanations and correct answers for model training, especially in cases where models may produce inaccuracies.
- Analyze sales distribution data across different locations and time periods to identify growth trends and insights.
- Design logical scenarios, such as delivery route puzzles, to help models understand complex problem-solving tasks.
- Conduct online research to verify information, validate claims, and gather relevant data to improve model accuracy.
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to enhance model learning and performance.
- Collaborate with team members remotely, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of tasks.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout all tasks.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in English reading and writing, with excellent comprehension skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex information.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities to approach problems from different angles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work environments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Reliable technical setup, including a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Candidates with relevant experience without a degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in professional writing, such as business analysis, research, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, with skills in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
