About The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects aimed at fine-tuning large language models (such as ChatGPT) by leveraging your strong analytical abilities and proficiency in English comprehension. The ideal candidate should excel at reading, summarizing, and breaking down extensive content into smaller, logical segments. You will conduct online research to validate claims made within content, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Additionally, you will collaborate with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex puzzles and improve their performance. Responsibilities
- Answer a diverse range of analytical questions by creating scenarios that help train and improve LLM models.
- Identify common errors made by models and articulate precise, correct answers along with detailed explanations to facilitate learning.
- Analyze data distributions, such as sales figures across different locations and time periods, to identify growth patterns and trends.
- Develop logical sequences and problem-solving strategies for scenarios involving delivery routes, scheduling, and other logistical challenges.
- Conduct thorough online research to validate information, ensure content accuracy, and enhance model training datasets.
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to guide model improvements and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with team members remotely, maintaining clear communication and adhering to project timelines.
- Maintain a high level of independence, managing tasks effectively within a remote work environment.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in English reading and writing, with excellent comprehension skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Ability to provide detailed, constructive feedback and annotations.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities to approach complex problems innovatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team setting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Reliable technical setup, including a desktop or laptop with a stable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields; candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in professional writing, such as business analysis, research, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite applications, with a good understanding of data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
Offer Details
- Commitment of at least 4 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Engagement as a contractor or freelancer; this role does not include medical benefits or paid leave.
- Contract duration of approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
- Some overlap with UTC-8:00 (2-4 hours daily) for effective collaboration with the team based in America/Los_Angeles timezone.
