About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP LE Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Logistics Execution modules, including Shipping, Warehouse Management, and Transportation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and effective solution delivery. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex projects, contribute to process improvements, and support the digital transformation initiatives of our clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP LE modules, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes is essential. Candidates should have experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, along with familiarity with middleware tools such as PI/PO or CPI. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to document technical and functional specifications effectively. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement SAP LE modules, including Shipping, Warehouse Management, and Transportation, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
Lead the development and management of interfaces between SAP and external systems such as third-party logistics providers, carriers, WMS, and TMS platforms. Collaborate with middleware teams to ensure secure and reliable data exchange, troubleshoot interface issues, and maintain data integrity.
Analyze existing logistics and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and SAP solutions.
Support and lead SAP LE-related projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Extended Warehouse Management, and Finance to ensure integrated and seamless solutions.
Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to validate solutions. Document system configurations, process flows, and create training materials for end-users.
Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals. Provide ongoing support, training, and post-implementation assistance to ensure optimal system utilization.
