About The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP LE Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with hands-on expertise in SAP LE modules including Shipping, Warehouse Management, and Transportation. This role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LE solutions, managing interfaces with external systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting project rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience working with SAP LE modules such as Shipping, Warehouse Management, and Transportation.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and related business processes.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Hands-on experience with IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware tools like PI/PO and CPI.
- Knowledge of integrating SAP LE with MM, SD, and EWM modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP LE modules, including Shipping, Warehouse Management, and Transportation, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Manage interfaces between SAP and external systems such as 3PL providers, carriers, WMS, and TMS, ensuring seamless data exchange and system integration.
- Collaborate with middleware teams to troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, maintaining data consistency and system integrity.
- Analyze existing logistics processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into functional SAP specifications.
- Support SAP LE-related projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements, coordinating with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document configuration settings, process flows, and create training materials to facilitate user adoption and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth transition and ongoing operational excellence.
