About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle HCM to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will serve as a functional expert in Oracle HCM Core and its modules, ensuring seamless HR process design, system configuration, and data integrity. Your primary responsibility will be translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient Oracle HCM solutions, providing clear specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams and product owners. You will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing processes, and leveraging best practices within global HR systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR process owners, technical teams, data specialists, and external vendors. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in Oracle HCM. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Prior experience working with Oracle HCM Core and modules such as Time and Labor, Compensation & Benefits is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills, configuration experience, and a deep understanding of HR processes are necessary for success in this role.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are imperative. Certification in Oracle HCM or related HR systems will be considered an advantage. The candidate must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, and functional design for Oracle HCM modules, primarily focusing on Core HR, Time and Labor, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Manage the complete change lifecycle, including gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, overseeing testing phases, release management, and end-user training and enablement.
- Provide expert support for incident resolution, problem management, and ongoing system optimization to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Collaborate closely with HR process owners, technical teams, data analysts, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and recommend solutions that optimize system performance and user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Oracle HCM capabilities, industry best practices, and data-driven insights to standardize and harmonize HR processes globally.
- Document business processes, system configurations, and user requirements to facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Support training and user adoption efforts to maximize system utilization and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
