About The Role
As an SAP Business Analyst at Accel4 Inc, you will be an integral part of our SAP S/4HANA implementation and support teams. Your role involves engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business processes, translating these requirements into functional SAP solutions, and supporting the entire project lifecycle from initial planning to post-go-live support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize SAP modules aligned with industry best practices. Your expertise will help drive process improvements, enhance system integration, and ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades and implementations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex SAP projects, develop your skills in a collaborative environment, and contribute to transformative digital initiatives for our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or functional roles, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA or related modules.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA architecture, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to learn independently, stay updated with SAP release notes, and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and functional specifications documentation.
- Prior industry domain experience is highly desirable to understand sector-specific business processes.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Process Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather detailed requirements, and design optimal process flows aligned with SAP best practices.
- System Configuration & Implementation: Lead fit-to-standard analysis, configure SAP S/4HANA modules, oversee data migration activities, and ensure system readiness for deployment.
- Process Optimization: Manage and streamline end-to-end business processes across key areas such as Concept to Product, Plan to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report to maximize efficiency and reduce redundancies.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to harmonize processes, facilitate change management initiatives, and ensure stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing & Support: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), conduct regression testing, and provide hypercare support post-implementation to address issues promptly and ensure system stability.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior team members, support rollout initiatives, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications to ensure project success.
