Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Business Analyst role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Business Analyst will work on gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders, documenting business workflows, and creating actionable insights to support decision-making and process improvements. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements to effectively identify and address organizational needs
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, derive insights, and recommend actionable solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to map workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to convey ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and document technical and business specifications effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in working on hybrid teams and in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of change management and experience with digital transformation is an added advantage
