Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Business Analyst
Experience: 3+ Years
Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA (Technical Background)
Preferred Industry:
Life Insurance (mandatory). BFSI, Insurance IT Services, or Policy Administration Systems experience is an added advantage.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Life Insurance domain to support requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of insurance application enhancements. The role involves close coordination with business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRS/BRD).
- Work with stakeholders including business users, developers, and testers to define solutions.
- Track project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
- Support SDLC activities across development, testing, UAT, and production phases.
- Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
Required Skills:
- Business Analyst experience in Life Insurance domain (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products and policy management systems.
- Experience with APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL.
- Exposure to Ingenium or LifeAsia preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and project delivery processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
