Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The role will involve collaboration with stakeholders, gathering and interpreting data, and proposing effective business solutions to meet organizational goals. The individual will also assist in communication between departments to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, particularly identifying and defining business needs and modeling processes.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
- Experience in Business Process mapping and optimization.
- Ability to gather, document, and manage Business Requirements to ensure alignment with goals.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and business process modeling tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
