Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in requirement gathering, SDLC processes, and BFSI domain exposure. The role involves requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination, UAT support, and acting as a techno-functional bridge between business and technical teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD/FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Product Backlogs.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and solution validation.
- Work closely with Tech Leads and Developers in a techno-functional role.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Create reports and analysis using Excel, VBA, and SQL.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Business Analysis, SDLC, BRD/FRD, and UAT testing.
- Hands-on experience in Excel, VBA, and SQL.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- BFSI domain exposure is mandatory; Insurance domain preferred.
- Experience working with development teams in a techno-functional capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a techno-functional role.
- Prior experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain will be an added advantage.
