We are looking for candidates who have good exposure in Business Analysis (BRD/FRD/UAT/ Testing/SDLC) + Domain expertise of BFSI + People management.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Excel, VBA, SQL
- Root cause analysis/ Deep dive of varied business problems
- Knowledge around Insurance sector (preferably)
- Experience around writing project related documents (FSD, BRD etc)
- Excellent storyboarding skills and the ability to formulate intuitive hypothesis
- Keep up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving area.
- Good communication/problem solving/analytical bent of mind
- Experience in Business analysis/techno-functional role
- Experience in Agile methodology Scrum
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
- Strong experience to manage and co-ordination with Business team
- Will be act as Techno-functional and interaction with tech lead /developers
- Experience in preparing Requirement documents, Use cases, user stories and product backlog
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with business units that rely on that
- information to define system requirements or organizational processes.
