🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with Scrum Master experience to work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams in an Agile environment. This is a hybrid role involving requirement analysis, backlog management, and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, convert them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Track progress using Jira / Azure DevOps, monitor velocity and sprint metrics
- Support QA in validating deliverables against business requirements
🔹 Required Skills
- Overall 8 years of experience(Minimum)required
- 4–8 years of experience as Business Analyst / Agile BA / Scrum Master
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Expertise in user stories, backlog refinement, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
🔹 Good to Have
- SAFe / Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)
- Exposure to cloud / API-based systems
