Job Summary
E-coli Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to lead research and feasibility studies for establishing a biodegradable plastic products manufacturing facility. The candidate will analyze market opportunities, identify suitable technologies, evaluate raw materials, assess financial viability, and support the management team in developing a sustainable and profitable business model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research on biodegradable plastic packaging products, including bottles, containers, jars, films, and molded products.
- Study domestic and international market demand, customer segments, pricing, and industry trends.
- Identify biodegradable raw materials, suppliers, and manufacturing technologies.
- Analyze competitors, their products, pricing strategies, production capacities, and market positioning.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports for setting up a biodegradable manufacturing facility.
- Research government policies, environmental regulations, subsidies, incentives, and certification requirements related to biodegradable plastics.
- Estimate capital investment (CAPEX), operating costs (OPEX), production costs, and profitability.
- Develop financial models, break-even analysis, ROI, and business forecasts.
- Identify potential customers and industries, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, cosmetics, agriculture, and e-commerce.
- Coordinate with technology providers, machinery manufacturers, consultants, and research institutions.
- Prepare presentations, business plans, and reports for management and investors.
- Monitor industry developments, innovations, and emerging technologies in sustainable packaging.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Economics, Environmental Science, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experienced and fresher in business analysis, market research, consulting, or strategy.
- Experience in plastics, packaging, manufacturing, recycling, or sustainability is preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
