Location: Kandivali, Mumbai (Relocation will only be considered if the candidate is originally from Mumbai but currently working in another location. The client has strictly mentioned that they do not want candidates who need relocation.)

About the Role
Candidates must specifically be from the automobile industry. They must have worked on automobile projects or have experience as a Business Analyst in an automobile company.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support DMS, Sarathi, and SF-related initiatives. The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and implement business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements based on current processes
- Create detailed BRDs, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
- Lead requirement grooming sessions and ensure clarity before development
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives
- Oversee functional & integration testing, including UAT support
- Prepare user documentation and assist in training sessions
- Support go-to-market strategies for new features/modules
- Work closely on mobile application development and enhancements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum) and track sprint deliverables
- Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Expertise in BRD, User Stories, Documentation, Workflow Management
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and MS Office tools
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
